Your maid can begin 3-5 working days after landing. This short wait allows us to complete final medical checks and government paperwork.

Approval usually takes 8 to 10 weeks. Sometimes it takes longer if there are delays, like missing documents or extra checks.

We protect your peace of mind with a month warranty that includes:

  1. If they’re not suitable – 3 months.
  2. If your maid leaves without notice – 6 months (no additional fee for first time replacement).
  3. Protection plan after warranty 6 to 18 months.

Need a replacement? We’ll arrange it at no extra cost—just contact us!

  1. First Step: File a police report and share it with us immediately.
  2. We’ll Take Action: We’ll notify the overseas partner agency, contact the helper’s family, and report to authorities to resolve the issue quickly.
  3. Your Support: If needed, we’ll arrange a free replacement under our warranty—no extra charges.
